There are many cyber startups out there but there are a few things that set us apart: Our mission is to protect small and medium businesses. Unlike Enterprise customers, these companies may never recover for a successful attack and are being targeted by cyber criminals more than ever before. Our team is global from day 1, with one HQ in Israel and one in London, we work well together virtually but try to meet up in person as often as we can. You will be joining Cynomi as director of marketing leading our partners through joint marketing campaigns, and helping us scale a new cyber product that’s already generating a lot of excitement and enthusiasm in the market. You’ll be based in Israel, where we maintain a hybrid office environment and will also work closely with one of our co-founders based in the UK. You’ll receive a competitive salary, dependent on experience, and meaningful stock options from day 1. Our ideal candidate is a multi-disciplinary marketing manager with experience or at least direct exposure to channel marketing activities.

Our ideal AE candidate:

  • Leading our joint marketing efforts with Cynomi’s partners – from campaign design, content creation, event participation and campaign execution to partner enablement
  • Executing Cynomi’s participation in events across the globe, A to Z: Booth setup, collateral, giveaways, etc.
  • Supporting sales and business development with collateral, cold outreach automation tools, email marketing, etc.
  • Work with marketing writer to create a rich pipeline of compelling marketing content to drive leads through the funnel.
  • Manage and collaborate with contractors and agencies (i.e. Content writers/designers/web developers etc.)
  • Communications: maintaining our social profiles, working with PR agency, analysts and submitting award nominations
  • Fluent English speaker with excellent writing skills
  • Ability to translate product features into a value proposition
  • At least 5 years marcom or marketing experience at a B2B technology startup, advantage to previous experience in cyber
  • Experience working on, or exposure to, channel marketing
  • Great communication skills, verbally and in writing
  • A start-up and “can do” mentality
  • Ability to work with our teams across Israel, UK and U.S
